Off-grid Tiny House by the Sea

Set a stones throw from the beach on Kangaroo Island’s north coast, Nora looks out across open water and long stretches of coastline. From the deck, you can watch dolphins swim past and sea eagles circle high above the bay.

Inside, Scandinavian-inspired interiors are layered with light timber and soft neutrals. A queen bed sits in the loft, with a bunk below — a simple, practical layout within a compact footprint.

Outside, there’s a wood-fired hot tub and a large outdoor dining setting on the deck overlooking the sea. Glass doors connect the living space directly to the outdoors, and a short walk takes you down to the water for a swim.
